You might have a broken solder joint on the one of main board connections (maybe to the speaker posts?) from having the amp apart...

Always look for the simple issues first!

thanks, I broke down and sent it in for repair to Gary Garsa? I think I spelled it wrong but anyway , I like it so much that I had to!
