Sunfire included a vacuum tube turn table pre-amp with only a small number of their VTCC units. The phono stage was pre-order only. This beautiful turn table preamp is now available as a plug-and-play retrofit for any VTCC unit. Tis phono stage is an exact clone of the original, with some improvements and upgrades.
1) MM and MC sections (35db and 60db gain)
2) MC section utilizes parallel input stage for reduced noise.
3) Reverse RIAA
4) Integrated subsonic filter
5) Requires 4x 6922 (6DJ8) and 2x 12AX7 vacuum tubes
This kit is available to purchase and install yourself, or we can install it for you if you send your unit in to us (a full restore is generally required for the main preamp before we can install the phono stage).
